„The service deserves special praise. The staff, especially Ramesh, is attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely eager to ensure a great dining experience. Small touches, like thoughtful recommendations and prompt service, made us feel especially well taken care of."
„I recently visited Royal Cinema Restaurant, and while the experience had both highlights and disappointments, it’s worth sharing an honest review. The location is absolutely stunning – the view is truly breathtaking, especially at sunset. It’s a perfect place for a summer evening out, with a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere. The decor is tasteful, and the overall vibe of the place is fresh and inviting. The service was also very good – the staff were kind, attentive, and professional throughout. However, I ordered a drink from the Strawberry Menu, which was supposed to include fresh strawberries, but it arrived without any. I also received frozen strawberries instead of fresh ones, which was very disappointing, especially during summer when fresh strawberries are in season and expected in a menu that highlights them. Because of that, I didn’t feel comfortable ordering food, as it made me question the quality of other ingredients. In conclusion, Royal Cinema has great potential thanks to its incredible location and good service. But I believe more attention to detail – especially when promoting seasonal ingredients – would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. I’d love to return if improvements are made in this regard!"
